Rob has spent the last 21+ years building HR Technology and advisory companies with the lens of a business leader, but more importantly as a People leader.

 

Rob was on the founding team at Achievers where he spent 10+ years growing the organization, and his passion for improving the employee experience led him to co-founding WorkTango in 2015.

Today, he speaks to audiences to inspire change and  advises companies today on best-in-class people practices.

Rob's first foray into the corporate world led him to be passionate about improving the workplace... after seeing what it was really like out there.

 

He has spent his career working with organizations across the globe to build better workplaces and has the unique experience of working wiht other companies, but also focusing on building his own organizations... which all have been recognized as great places to work.

In a world where it's easier to be distracted, Rob focuses his sessions on creating an experience that educates, engages and inspires people so they not only learn the why, but also the how with prescriptive takeaways.
