Rob has spent the last 21+ years building HR technology and advisory companies with the lens of a business leader, but more importantly as a people leader.
Rob was on the founding team at Achievers, where he spent 10+ years growing the organization. His passion for improving the employee experience led him to co-found WorkTango in 2015.
Today he speaks to audiences to inspire change and advises companies on best-in-class people practices.

Rob's first foray into the corporate world made him passionate about improving the workplace, after seeing what it was really like out there.
He has spent his career working with organizations across the globe to build better workplaces, with the unique experience of helping other companies while also building his own, all of which have been recognized as great places to work.

Rob also believes that life and work should be enjoyable, so there's always the desire to entertain and make sure everyone has a positive and memorable experience.
